Loyola Marymount University's (LMU) College of Business Administration in Los Angeles invites applications for a Clinical Assistant Professor in Business Law. This is a full-time, non-tenure track position. The expected start date for this term position is August 2024, as an initial one-year appointment, with the potential for renewal, dependent on funding availability and department recommendation.The Department of Marketing and Business Law is looking for a candidate with extensive legal experience working in law firms and/or as in-house counsel. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. or J.D./M.B.A. from an AACSB-accredited institution and five years of legal practice experience or more is preferred.
