Job DescriptionUnder general supervision and procedural control, this position is responsible for all accounts payable for North Hennepin Community College ensuring that vendor invoices are handled in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with Federal, State, local, and Minnesota State policies and procedures. Relatedly, the position assists in the oversight and administration of purchasing card activities and reporting, as well as processing student payroll. In addition, the position is accountable for posting receipts to the appropriate programs, projects, and grants in the college?s system of financial record.
