Visiting Assistant Professor of Geosciences (Hydrogeology)
The Geosciences Department at Hamilton College invites applications for a 1-year non-renewable visiting position at the rank of Assistant Professor, beginning July 1, 2026, in the area of hydrogeology and/or surface processes. Teaching responsibilities will include a topical introductory geology course and a core course in hydrogeology, both with labs and opportunities for field trips, plus an elective course. Examples of elective courses could include aqueous geochemistry, geomorphology, soils, glaciology, GIS, or numerical modeling.We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate their experience in teaching or working with broadly diverse student populations while contributing to
